It makes no difference whether you are full of questions or secure in your pilgrimage of faith, there is a place for you at Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church.
Glorifying God and sharing the teachings of Jesus Christ we build a community of hope and wholeness through worship, education, service, and fellowship.
With mission outreach to Panama and Peru, we are a local congregation with a global consciousness. As Christ’s disciples, we are engaged in the world and in seeking thoughtful solutions to the challenges of our time.
What should I expect?
We glorify God through music, song, prayer, and fellowship. Our worship service incorporates shared and individual time for prayer, time for personal reflection, lessons from the Gospel, and compelling and thought-provoking sermons. Our hope is that you will leave feeling restored and renewed.
What about my children?
We believe that children are a blessing from God and that is the role of the church family to nurture them to grow strong in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Following Time for Young Disciples with Pastor Phil, children may leave the sanctuary for Children’s Church with Mrs. Toby Black.
We offer two services on Sunday mornings:
8:30 a.m. Informal service in the Main Sanctuary with casual atmosphere and diverse music styles
11:00 a.m. Traditional service in the Main Sanctuary with music by the AHPC Choir
Don’t Forget about Coffee and Camaraderie –
Take some time to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones between 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Sundays in Fellowship Hall.
